What filler and depth should I use for post-cheek infraorbital brightening?

Post-Cheek Brightening Technique

After establishing midface support, the infraorbital hollow can be treated with a low G-prime HA filler placed on the periosteum of the orbital rim. • Product: Belotero Balance or Restylane — low viscosity to avoid visible contour • Depth: preperiosteal plane, directly on bone along the orbital rim • Entry: 27G cannula from a single lateral puncture below the orbital rim • Volume: 0.3–0.5 mL per side in micro-aliquots of 0.05 mL

The AI Teaching Assistant understands context brilliantly. Mid-lecture, I asked about an alternative technique and it provided evidence-based modifications with citations.

Finally, a platform that treats medical education with the production quality it deserves. The complication management modules alone have changed how I approach high-risk zones.

I use this platform to train my residents. The ability to switch camera angles mid-procedure — overhead to lateral to close-up — mirrors what we need in a live surgical theater.
